45 seconds on, 15 seconds rest, for 3 Rounds

  1. Squat step right, squat step left then jump squat

  2. x2 Prone superman to x2 bear crawl front x2 back

  3. Reverse lunge to knee drive with light DB shoulder press

  4. Push up to sprawl to standing leg circle kicks

  5. x2 Swiss ball pass through to x1 chest squeeze

  6. Bottom burpie to alternating jump lunges

  7. Skipping (work through rest)

  8. Skipping
