Today's workout is RESISTANCE! This is a type of Strength workout that works your deep tissue muscles.

Day 14: RESISTANCE / STRENGTH

40 secs on, 20 secs rest, for 2 Rounds

  1. Sculpt bar RDL to clean and overhead press

  2. Sculpt bar under hand row to bicep curl

  3. Sculpt bar lunge with single arm line mine push R/L

  4. Sculpt bar crunch up

  5. Dumbbell curtsy lunge to frontal raise

  6. Sculpt bar sumo deadlifts to sumo squat

  7. Sculpt bar good mornings

  8. Plate hold windshield wipers

  9. Dumbbell pec fly + hammer head curl

  10. Dumbbell rainbow

  11. In and out knee to reverse crunch (option to hold sculpt bar on ground above head)

  12. Dumbbell squat to overhead press and pass

  13. Sculpt bar suitcase deadlift (R/L)

  14. Dumbbell row to tricep kick back
