Day 14: RESISTANCE / STRENGTH
40 secs on, 20 secs rest, for 2 Rounds

Sculpt bar under hand row to bicep curl
Sculpt bar lunge with single arm line mine push R/L
Sculpt bar crunch up
Dumbbell curtsy lunge to frontal raise
Sculpt bar sumo deadlifts to sumo squat
Sculpt bar good mornings
Plate hold windshield wipers
Dumbbell pec fly + hammer head curl
Dumbbell rainbow
In and out knee to reverse crunch (option to hold sculpt bar on ground above head)
Dumbbell squat to overhead press and pass
Sculpt bar suitcase deadlift (R/L)
Dumbbell row to tricep kick back
