What is included in a subscription plan?

With your subscription you can enjoy unlimited classes, live events, and our complete workout library of over 1000+ workouts.

Can I use my mobile phone or tablet?

Yes! You can stream on all of your favourite devices and screens, including phone, laptop, tablet and TV. Roku, Amazon Fire TV, & Apple TV are also included with your membership.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. We have a no hassle cancelation policy.

What fitness level are these workouts for?

We’ve designed our daily home workouts to be accessible for all fitness levels. Our Coaches demonstrate modifications for each exercise to gear down (or gear up) intensity levels while delivering incredible results no matter what level you are at.

We have everyone from absolute beginners to advanced athletes training with us everyday. We are not looking for perfection - just effort, and we take the accessibility of our workouts very seriously.

If you are willing to meet us in the living room for 20-30 minutes, 3-4 times per week, we will get you into the best shape of your life - no matter where you are starting from.

What gear do I need?

Most of the resistance required for our workouts comes from your own bodyweight.

The only other gear that we use on a regular basis are a set of dumbbells or hand weights. If you don’t have access to dumbbells, use 2 cans from the pantry, or fill 2 large plastic bottles with either water or sand.

We’ve purposefully designed our BodyRock workouts to replicate the most effective gym based exercises, without the need for a lot of gear.

How long are the workouts?

Our BodyRock workouts are typically 20-30 minutes in duration.

We train HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) mixed with Strength Training and Cardio for rapid fat loss and overall athletic conditioning to lean down and re-shape your body.

HIIT workouts are shorter than traditional gym workouts, and they are much more efficient at burning calories and excess body fat (especially when combined with Strength Training). We like to say that we train smart, not long, and many of the exercises in our circuits target multiple muscle groups at the same time.

The ‘afterburn’ effect of training in the BodyRock style means that your body will be burning calories at an elevated level for up to 36 hours after you finish your workout with us.

How much space do I need?

We film all of the BodyRock workouts in a real living room in downtown Vancouver, British Columbia.

If you have the room to open up your arms and take a few steps in every direction, you have all the room that you need to train with us.

Who are the Coaches?

For us to take our home workouts to the next level, we have to recruit next level Coaches.

Our Coaches are all certified fitness trainers with years of professional experience teaching at the world’s top tier gyms and clubs. Our Coaches are from Soul Cycle, Barry’s Bootcamp, Equinox, Sweat & Tonic, F45 to name a few.

We are working hard to bring Coaches to BodyRockPlus that are in their 40’s and beyond, with both Coach Jessie and Coach Sandy stepping up to rep the 40+ with kids crew.
