Today we have a quick HIIT - a full body circuit that has something for every major muscle group - we are talking legs, glutes, abs & core, arms and shoulders, we are even targeting the obliques.
Coach Jana leads you through 12 different exercises, with a crisp 45:15 interval (45 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest). This workout moves at a very sharp pace, and it will be over before you know it. It’s actually a perfect workout if you are short on time, if you are traveling, or you just want to stack it on any of the other workouts in this series as a finisher.
The workout moves fast, but remeber that this is your workout, and you control the pace. None of the exercises in this circuit are programmed for speed - which means that you can take your time, focus down and really bust out some quality reps.
If you still have gas in the tank after this 12 minute session, reset and smash out another round.
