Hi BodyRockers,

Coach Rachel is back with another Beginner Bootcamp level Pilates workout focusing down on your Upper Body, Booty and Core. This workout consists of 18 low-impact exercises and not a single jump anywhere. Although Rachel uses a light pair of dumbbells to up the resistance, you can do every move in this workout with 100% bodyweight only, and every single move has prompts on screen to gear down the intensity. 

Fun fact: Rachel was teaching group fitness classes at our hotel in Hawaii when my wife Joti signed up for one of her early morning Pilates classes.
