After all of the full body workouts lately, we are changing things up with a workout that focuses down on the abs and core. Make no mistake, some of the exercises in this workout will also strengthen and tone the full body, but today we are mainly going to targeting the abs and core.
We’ve gone pretty hard this week, but if you are feeling like you want to push beyond this workout, go back and do any of the other workouts in this series, or pick something from the library. Today’s Abs & Core Fire workout can be your go-to abs workout after another workout, or it can work as it’s own stand alone workout.
