Today we are going to train the full body. Full body with strength training elements will ignite body fat and create long, lean, athletic looking muscle tone faster than any other workout. Lean muscle burns body fat and excess calories like it’s a superhero costume. As you add strength and muscle tone, your body will start to re-shape, and get leaner, tighter and stronger. This is what our home workouts are all about. You don’t need a gym. You don’t need to get to a gym. You don’t need machines, or fancy gear. Standing in the middle of your living room and training with us for 20-30 minutes per day is the only external tool you need. Stand tall, stand proud, even if you are just starting your journey and it feels like you have mountains to climb. Be the example that you want to set for yourself and your family. Normalize exercise and fitness in your household. Plant that flag for everyone that you care about.
Today we are working out for 16 minutes and 7 seconds - thats with the warm-up included. In that short amount of time, we are going to work every major muscle group in your body. We are crossing fitness off your list today - and that is an accomplishment that you can feel pretty f@cking epic about.
