This is workout 1 of 6 of a new ‘Booty’ series with Coaches Sydney and Hazel. These workouts will focus down on the lower body, activating the largest fat burning muscle groups in the body. That said, just because we are focusing on strengthening and shaping the legs and glutes, doesn’t mean that we won’t also be targeting your abs and core and doing some full-body moves along the way.
